◾ You must adhere to the payment terms in your contract or offer letter. Failure to do so may result in suspension, termination, or forfeiture of rights.

7. Messaging Terms and Conditions (A2P Messaging)

◾ Message Content: We may send updates, confirmations, marketing, alerts, and operational notices.

◾ Opt-In / Opt-Out: You may opt in to receive messages. To stop, follow instructions (e.g. reply STOP for SMS). A confirmation will follow.

◾ Support: Text HELP or contact us via [email protected] for assistance.

◾ Rates & Frequency: Standard message and data rates may apply. Message frequency will not exceed a reasonable amount (e.g. one message per day).

◾ Privacy & Security: Messages are protected under applicable privacy laws and the same policies as the rest of your data.
